This policy describes how Tathagat : A Farmer collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit this store, place an order, or otherwise communicate with us.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number, so we can deliver your order and keep you posted about it.
• Order information — what you bought, what you paid, and where it went.
• Technical information — your device, browser and IP address, used to keep the store secure and to prevent fraud.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking credentials go directly to the payment gateway — we never see or store them.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver your orders, to answer your questions, to send order updates, and — only if you have asked for it — to send occasional news from the farm. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights
